隐私说明

PLIK Lab（霹雳啪啦实验室）是一个个人创作站，不是商业公司。最后更新：2026-10-17。

孩子玩的部分

魔法笔不需要注册，不要求输入姓名，也不会上传孩子写下或画下的内容。试玩页不加载广告、第三方统计或任何外部资源；它的安全策略（CSP）禁止它联网，只能读取本站自带的文件，不能向任何地址发送数据，这一点由浏览器强制执行。

魔法笔会在你设备的浏览器本地存储（localStorage）里记住游戏设置，比如家长在设置里输入的练习词。这些内容只留在这台设备上，不会发到我这里。

家长反馈

反馈页是写给家长的。我只收集你主动填写的内容：孩子的年龄段、孩子愿不愿意再玩、喜欢和不喜欢的地方、你的想法。邮箱完全选填，只用来回复这一条反馈，不会因此把你加入订阅名单。

请不要在表单里填写孩子的姓名、学校、照片，或其他能识别孩子身份的信息。

提交后，反馈只保存在本站在 Cloudflare 上的数据库里，同时以邮件通知我一份；不会交给其他第三方。

邮件订阅

首页的订阅框只收邮箱。邮箱交给 Buttondown 保管并用来寄信，订阅需要你点击确认邮件里的链接才生效，每封信里都有退订链接。

我怎么使用这些内容

用来改进 Magical Pen 和 PLIK Lab 之后的作品，以及在不含身份信息的前提下，公开分享时作为整体情况出现（例如「多少家长反馈孩子愿意再玩」）。不会出售，不会用于广告，也不会和别的数据合并去识别你。

保存与删除

反馈最长保留 12 个月。订阅邮箱保留到你退订为止。想删除你提交过的反馈或订阅，请写信到 hello@plik.fun，说一下大概的提交时间和内容。

网站本身

本站不使用 cookie，不使用访问统计，也不放任何第三方脚本；字体由本站自己提供。首页的白天 / 夜里按你设备的当地时间自动决定，不会存下来。如果你关掉了声音，浏览器会在本地记住这个选择，不会发到我这里。

为了防止被机器人刷屏，订阅和反馈的接口会在服务器内存里，用访客地址的单向哈希做短时间的次数统计，几分钟后丢弃；我写的代码不记录、不保存、也不转发访客的 IP 地址。

本站的域名、托管和邮件转发都在 Cloudflare。作为服务商，Cloudflare 会处理访问请求并保留基础的网络日志（例如 IP 地址），用于网站运行与安全，规则见 Cloudflare 的隐私政策。

The kids' side

Magical Pen needs no sign-up, asks for no names, and does not upload what a child writes or draws. The play page loads no ads, no third-party analytics and no outside resources. Its content security policy forbids it from going online: it can only read files that ship with this site and cannot send data anywhere. The browser enforces that.

Magical Pen remembers game settings in your browser's local storage (localStorage), for example the practice word a parent types in the settings. That stays on this device and is never sent to me.

Parent feedback

The feedback form is for parents. I collect only what you choose to type: your child's age range, whether they would play again, what they liked and didn't, and your thoughts. Email is optional and is used only to reply to that one message; it does not subscribe you to anything.

Please do not enter your child's name, school, photos, or anything else that could identify them.

After you submit, your feedback is stored only in a database on this site's Cloudflare account, and I get an email notification with a copy. It is not passed to any other third party.

Email letters

The sign-up box on the home page collects an email address only. It is held by Buttondown, which also sends the letters. A subscription starts only after you click the link in a confirmation email, and every letter includes an unsubscribe link.

How I use it

To improve Magical Pen and what PLIK Lab makes next and, without identifying anyone, to describe overall results when sharing publicly (for example, "how many parents said their child wanted to play again"). I do not sell it, use it for advertising, or combine it with other data to identify you.

Retention and deletion

Feedback is kept for up to 12 months. Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. To delete something you submitted, email hello@plik.fun with roughly when you sent it and what it said.

The website itself

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party scripts; fonts are served from this site. Day or night on the home page follows your device's local time and is not stored anywhere. If you turn the sound off, your browser remembers that choice locally; it is never sent to me.

To keep bots from flooding the forms, the sign-up and feedback endpoints keep short-lived counts in server memory, keyed by a one-way hash of the visitor's address, and drop them after a few minutes. The code I wrote does not log, store or forward visitors' IP addresses.

The domain, hosting and email forwarding are all with Cloudflare. As the provider, Cloudflare processes requests and keeps basic network logs (such as IP addresses) to run and secure the service; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
